The Chicago Blackhawks Are Lined up To Get a Player Better Than Connor McDavid?

Both have been destined for greatness since they were 13 years old. McDavid, and Bedard (projected) were both touted to be first overall picks in the NHL, Mcdavid did in in 2015 being drafted by the Edmonton Oilers, while Connor Bedard will almost 99.9% be with the 2023 first overall pick, unless a significant injury occurs.

Both have represented and lead Canada to Gold Medals at the World Junior Hockey Championships with Bedard breaking numerous records for Canada earlier this month.

In stats of Bedard's season compared to McDavid's draft season, numbers are very close considering Bedard has played 13 less games then McDavid. Either way I'm sure Blackhawks fans, like General Manager Kyle Davidson are hoping the Blackhawks can hit the jackpot when the NHL does it's draft lottery.
