The Chicago Blackhawks are going to be major sellers ahead of March 3rd's NHL trade deadline day. Blackhawks General Manager Kyle Davidson has already stated that "He's open for business" when it comes to making deals.
Davidson has already made some big moves sending sending Alex DeBrincat to the Ottawa Senators, and Kirby Dach to the Montreal Canadiens, but many wonder if or when Jonathan Toews and or Patrick Kane would be traded? It's all in their favour and if they want to as it's an "open door policy" says Kyle Davidson.
Well according to TSN's Hockey Insider Darren Dreger the New York Rangers appear to be odds on favorite to acquire Patrick Kane. What is the return? Dreger revealed that either Alexis Lafreniere or Kaapo Kakko would be headed to Chicago if this deal comes to reality, and Kane lifts his no-movement clause.
