The NHL draft lottery reveals a change.
This upcoming NHL draft has been explained as one of the deepest drafts since 2003. The number of players who could be generational talents has been off the charts. There are high chances that in the top 20, many could be stars on their teams.
It was explained today, that the NHL draft lottery has decided to change its start time. They explain that it will begin at 7:00 central on Monday, May 8th.
As many NHL pundits and reporters have shown their simulators on Twitter regarding who will finish first in this draft lottery, Ben Pope Blackhawks beat reporter revealed his results using the Tankathon draft simulator.
Both instances show that the Blackhawks will win in the Conor Bedard sweepstakes. If this occurs for the Blackhawks, it will be a monumental day and that will send this franchise into a new era and change the course of how they intend to draft and build their team.
Bedard had a magical season while playing 57 games for the Regina Pats, he scored 71 goals, with 72 assists for 143 points. He held 62 penalty minutes and he was a + 39. During his playoff run, he played 7 games and scored 10 goals, with 10 assists for 20 points and was a + 8.
Hopefully, the hockey gods will grant the Blackhawks the chance to get him and send this franchise to the next level.
