MacKenzie Entwistle and Philipp Kurashev have been close friends and have developed a chemistry together that streams back to their days with the Rockford IceHogs in the Blackhawks development system.
Since both players have been playing with the Blackhawks all season, many fans have noticed that the duo are often among the last two players off the ice in warmups. As it turns out, Entwistle and Kurashev have interesting side bets going on before each game.
Kurashev and Entwistle engage in mini skill competitions on the ice and the loser has to tie the other player's skates or take the other out to lunch. I guess that is one way to keep the locker room loose during a cold stretch.
