This ''Contender'' Got Boo'd Off the Ice From Their Own Fans
Welp, seems like things might not be changing for the Maple Leafs. For the 7th straight year, they are labeled as playoff contender, and it seems like they may exit in the first round for the 7th straight year, if they even make it.
The Maple Leafs have been trying extremely hard to make a deep run in the playoffs and it just has never happened.
They've made splash signings and trades, but things just have not worked out in the playoffs the way they wish.
They typically make the playoffs with ease and then blow it in the first round, but this year they are playing like a team who won't even make the playoffs.
I, for one, loved this video of the Leafs getting boo'd off the ice:
They may have to begin the rebuild before they even advance in the playoffs.
