UPDATE: Oilers Provide Crucial News Update on Evander Kane's Injury Timeline
Edmonton Oilers forward Evander Kane is lucky to be alive after suffering a wrist slit from a skate during last nights Oilers vs Lightning game.
Kane was immediately transported to the closest nearby hospital and received immediate surgery on his wrist.
The Oilers revealed on Wednesday, today, that Kane will miss 3-4 months minimum for his recovery from the gory incident.
The main thankfulness we can get out of this is Kane is alive. This is crucial to the Oilers roster in the mean time, but as mentioned, a small price to pay.
