Video Proves The NHL is Softer Then Ever After a Clean Hit Sparks a free-for-all
The National Hockey League has been showcased as being softer then ever this season after multiple clean hits have caused scrums, and fights.
Remember whenever players could throw a clean check without somebody ''retaliating'' and starting a fight? Chances are you probably do as that was just a few years ago, and back in the day these types of body checks wouldn't result in a fight, but more hard-hitting hits.
Check out the video below that shows Anaheim Ducks forward Mason McTavish receive a clean hit, that was not a open ice one, but a very soft one.
