The Blackhawks gave permission and sent away both prospects to the IIHF World Junior Championships, and the return was huge, they age came home with a medal.
Team USA has won the 2024-25 World Junior Champions, making this their second year in a row winning the Goal Medal. This was also the first time in history of the World Junior Championships for USA to win back-to-back years.
This overtime victory was all thanks to Nashville Predators prospect, Teddy Stiga, who's first goal of the tournament was the Golden Goal!

Moore played a huge factor in this win for USA and these complementary characteristics, along with his excellent teammates, led them to deservingly win the Gold Medal.
