"Chicago Blackhawks' general manager Stan Bowman made some free agent signing's last summer to try and keep his team competitive. Unfortunately one of those big signings, Calvin de Haan, was injured early on and was only able to suit up for 29 games. Before the pandemic hit, de Haan was expected to miss the rest of the season. However because of the big pause in play, many believed there was an opportunity for de Haan to get in some playoff action and it looks like we've got our answer. The Blackhawks announced that de Haan is in town and participated in voluntary Phase 2 practice this week. It seems the defenseman is fully recovered from his shoulder injury and ready to play in the playoffs.
