"The Chicago Blackhawks have been going through a bit of reset on their blueline during the offseason. They'll welcome in a big body, heavy hitting defenseman in Nikita Zadorov.Calvin de Haan should be healthy for the start of the season and everybody is hoping that Adam Boqvist is ready to take the next step. Veteran Duncan Keith will be ready to go and wants to win while the big question mark comes beside Brent Seabrook's name. There's been some chatter that his career could be done and he'll be shoved on long term injured reserve. However Seabrook isn't hearing it and is preparing for his NHL return. «I feel like I'm 19 years old again trying to make the team,» he said. «I'm skating and doing treatment and doing all these extra things here and there. Just trying to get prepared and ready. Get the flexibility back, which was a battle for a while. And get the skating back, which has been great. The last 2-3 weeks I've felt really good on the ice. … It's been incredible.' «I'm excited for training camp,» Seabrook said. «I'm excited for the opportunity to get back out there and show everybody what I got. I'm not done playing hockey. I get that 35 is old in the sports world, but I don't feel old, I still feel young.'Do you think Seabrook has any chance of making serious contributions next year?
