The Chicago Blackhawks scored big at the 2019 NHL lottery draft as they jumped all the way up to the #3 pick. It's absolutely great for the Hawks' because according to experts, this year's draft is deeper than last year's and the Hawks should have some interesting talent to chose from. Of course the consensus 1-2 is Jack Hughes at #1 and Kaapo Kakko at #2, the Hawks' could always get lucky and see the New Jersey Devils or New York Rangers pass on one of them but it's not likely. TSN's draft analyst Craig Button did his first mock draft and had the Hawks selecting a top European product.Button predicts the Hawks will select Vasili Podkolzin, the Moscow native can definitely play however is apparently signed to the KHL for at least another year or two. He put on quite a show at the U18's this year with 15 points in 8 games. The forward stands 6'1 and weighs in at 190lbs. Would you like to see the Hawks' select the Russian forward?
