Immediately, Betts went straight to the umpire claiming but he was interfered by a fan which was clear on all cameras.

This created a firestorm on all social media platforms including X where everyone
seems to have an opinion on what had happened.

One such person was retired former NFL player Rob Gronkowski who knew the individual an identified him during his opinion of what he watched. He revealed him as Austin Copobianco who was a member of the Arizona hockey team when Gronk was playing for the University.

According to eliteprospects.com, Copobianco is 39 years old and played defense for the University of Arizona back in 2006 through 2010.
