Goal-scoring forwards reportedly on the move to his next destination
There's a lot of talk about Ottawa Senators' Vladimir Tarasenko, with The Athletic naming six teams eyeing him before the trade deadline. Tarasenko has a say in any move, but if he wants a shot at the playoffs, joining a contender might be better than staying with the struggling Senators.
The Edmonton Oilers, New York Rangers, Carolina Hurricanes, Dallas Stars, Minnesota Wild, and Boston Bruins are all interested in Tarasenko. They're looking for a strong forward to boost their offense, but the Wild's interest is a bit surprising given their current playoff position.
The Oilers, Bruins, and Hurricanes need someone to score goals, and Tarasenko fits the bill. The Hurricanes have a deep offense, making them a strong candidate.
The Stars already have a good offense, but they're exploring all options to get even better. Tarasenko could help them push for the Cup. The Rangers are also interested, especially after recent injuries. Tarasenko might not be their top choice, but he's a solid option. As trade talks heat up, Tarasenko's future is uncertain, but he could be a big help to any team aiming for the playoffs
