The Chicago Blackhawks and general manager Stan Bowman have been busy this offseason so far as Bowman has gotten a couple of youngster locked up. But what about the other way?Bowman and the Hawks are going to lose some roster players and prospects, so which ones will it be?According to Scott Powers, the Blackhawks have already decided on two players they will let walk. Powers reports that the team won't becoming to any agreements with Roope Laavainen and Cole Moberg. "The Blackhawks will lose the NHL rights to defenseman Roope Laavainen, a 2017 fourth-round pick, and defenseman Cole Moberg, a 2019 seventh-round pick, unless signed before June 1.It doesn't sound as if the Blackhawks will be offering either player an NHL contract. It wouldn't be surprising if they attempted to bring back Moberg on an AHL contract to give him a further look. He drew some positive reports with his play in Rockford this season."More details to come.
