It's been a pretty hectic weekend for the Chicago Blackhawks and their fans. Late last week it was revealed that forward Brendan Perlini has requested a trade out of Chicago and general manager Stan Bowman is working to make that happen. Well it seems Bowman is pretty busy as not only is he trying to trade Perlini, but the Hawks are also looking to ship another forward out of town. According to Postmedia's Bruce Garrioch, the Blackhawks are currently shopping center Zack Smith around the league. The forward was acquired in the Artem Anisimov trade however has only played in five games so far this season and has been scratched three times. The 31 year old is signed through the 2020-21 season with a cap hit of $3.25million per season.
