Boston Bruins issue crucial injury update on Brad Marchand for game 6
Crucial update surfaces on Bruins captain Brad Marchand
The Boston Bruins just confirmed serious news on their newly named captain Brad Marchand that he will be a game-time decision for tonight's game 6 against the Florida Panthers- which is in Boston at TD Garden.
The Bruins won game 5 to stay alive without Marchand, will it mess up their momentum shuffling up forward lines once again? We will find out in warmups tonight if Marchand will be in.
Rumors surfaced that Marchand suffered a concussion after receiving this cheap shot to the head from Florida Panthers forward Sam Bennett, take a look:
''The more guys you take out, the more advantage your team has,'' Said Marchand. People don't say that but that's just a fact of the game. So every time you step on the ice, someone's trying to hurt someone. That's just how it goes in the playoffs.''
As the Bruins look to force a game seven they'll expect another stellar performance from goaltender Jeremy Swayman against a offensive-stacked team like the Florida Panthers.
