Despite their weekend victory over the New York Islanders, the team is still without Nick Foligno, Connor Bedard, Taylor Hall, Connor Murphy, and Tyler Johnson.
The team has provided an update on these players, with Nick Foligno's playing status to be determined during the team's current road trip.
Connor Bedard will remain in Chicago for the trip. His timeline remains the same.

Connor Murphy and Tyler Johnson could join the team at some point of the trip, but they won't start it. Scott Powers (@ByScottPowers) January 21, 2024
Tyler Johnson and Connor Murphy may return at the start of the team's next four-game trip out west, where they will face teams from the Pacific Division, including the Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, Seattle Kraken, and Vancouver Canucks.
And last but not least, Connor Bedard's timeline, despite him starting to skate already is still 4-6 weeks, so it looks like he will return after the All-Star Game.
The Blackhawks are currently 14-30-2 and 8th in the Central Division.
