The Chicago Blackhawks are welcoming a fresh voice to the broadcast booth for the 2022 season. The new play-by-play announcer is renowned for his exceptional skills, demonstrated on various platforms, including NBC Sports Chicago and other media outlets.

However, fans won't hear him during the upcoming game between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Buffalo Sabres on Thursday. Brendan Burke will be stepping in to call the game instead, as Chris Vosters, the appointed announcer, is tied up with another commitment. Vosters is set to call the Providence vs. DePaul college hoops game for Fox Sports 1, scheduled for the same night as the Blackhawks-Sabres clash.

The absence of Vosters is due to the game being broadcast on TNT, and logistical challenges prevent him from making the trip to Buffalo in time. In his place, Brendan Burke will provide the play-by-play commentary for the Thursday game on TNT.

Tonight at 8 PM, Burke, alongside Nick Bahe, will be calling the Providence vs. DePaul college hoops game as part of the lead-up to March Madness. Fans are excited about the dynamic duo's expertise, anticipating a thrilling game.

Despite the last-minute change, the experience and skills of these announcers ensure comprehensive coverage, promising an enjoyable experience for fans throughout the game.
