Chicago Blackhawks fan-favorite makes shocking comeback after breaking leg
In an impressive turnaround, the Chicago Blackhawks have activated forward Samuel Savoie from the injured reserve list (SOIR) and assigned him to the Juniors.
Savoie had been sidelined since training camp due to a broken leg suffered in a preseason game on Sept. 30 in Minnesota.
Despite the significant setback, the young forward underwent rehabilitation at the team facilities in Chicago.
Chris Vosters, the voice of the Blackhawks, expressed his happiness about Savoie's recovery, highlighting the player's positive attitude throughout the process.
Savoie, a third-round pick in the 2022 draft, now looks forward to rejoining the action and contributing to the team's bright future.
