Hockey Canada just asked Connor Bedard to play for Team Canada at the World Championships.
Connor and
Mason McTavish are the first ones to get invited, which really shows just how important those two are, as they teamed up together in the World Juniors as well.
For Connor, this is a huge honor and a chance to show off his talent to the world. He's worked hard, and now he gets to play on the big stage with Team Canada.
This invitation is a big deal not just for Connor but also for Canadian hockey. It shows that Hockey Canada believes in him and thinks he can help the team win over already prominent NHL players.
Connor and Mason must be really excited about this opportunity, It's a chance to make a name for themselves on the international stage and show everyone what they're made of. Go...Team Canada?
