Blackhawks come off hot performance against last years Stanley Cup Champions, still face backlash for mistreatment of 19-year old Connor Bedard

Surprisingly, some harsh words directed towards the Chicago Blackhawks head coach Luke Richardson, were sent from the new broadcasting streaming provider of the organization.

Chicago Sports Network, every Blackhawk fan has heard of them- mostly in a poor way.

Despite the disagreements with their subscription service, that even myself find ridiculous- we can all agree on their one take made on Thursday night when the Blackhawks faced the Florida Panthers.

The Blackhawks were on verge of losing four straight games, meanwhile, the Panthers were on a win streak.

The Hawks came out with a big win, snapping their losing streak and the Panthers' winning streak, but Luke Richardson still faced backlash.

The Chicago Sports Network chimed in on what has gone wrong for the Blackhawks so far, and directed comments towards Luke Richardson's mishandling of Connor Bedard.

"You need to find him a home. You need to find him a line that works and then go with that and maybe get him out of this funk."

Bedard is going through one of the worst 'sophomore slump' fases we have witnessed in many years from a first overall pick.

Scoring 3 goals in 20 games so far this regular season, he's trending downhill.

Bedard's line accounted for a whopping 0 shots on goal in their win against the Panthers, yes- you read that right, zero!

Luke Richardson remains on the hot seat in my opinion, there is only so much Connor Bedard can withstand before his confidence takes a much worse hit.

Would the firing of Luke Richardson ignite Connor Bedard's game back?
