Prior to the deal with Fanatics, Bedard had worked with Upper Deck to sell exclusive images and autographs of the rookie in 2023-2024.

Upper Deck has an exclusive autographed trading card deal with hockey Chicago Blackhawks rookie Connor Bedard and is the sole producer trading cards bearing the image of the NHL's No. 1 draft pick in 2023.

It sounds like now, with Fanatics enveloping the NHL in its tendrils, Bedard will be put under the umbrella of the brand.

Under the new deal, Fanatics is now the sole distributor of Bedard's highly sought-after officially licensed memorabilia and collectibles including authentic jerseys, pucks, sticks, helmets, gloves, and photos, as well as a unique assortment of game-used equipment from games with the Blackhawks, All-Star Games, and other competitions.

The Calder Trophy winner in 2023-2024 had one of the best-selling jerseys in 2023-2024 and has been popular since he arrived in the league, from the Regina St. Pats of the WHL.

While Bedard products will still be available at the NHL Shop, Fanatics now hold exclusive rights to the memorabilia with Bedard and will undoubtedly be happy to give Blackhawks fans the items they want to augment their team's collection, and personal Bedard collection if they have one.

This deal with Bedard will be a multi-year deal, with no confirmation of the exact time frame for the year it expires.

Bedard was heavily favored as the top rookie in 2023-204, and despite missing significant time due to a broken jaw, still put up nearly a point-per-game, scoring 61 points( 22 G, 39 A) and is expected to do even better this season.
