The last news we heard about Taylor Hall, was he was able to begin skating again, after going through surgery for his ACL.

The injury would occur on November 19th and would put him out of commission after surgery a week later.

Since then he's been in rehabilitation and last we knew, Hall's gear was put back into the practice facility in preparation to begin skating.

"He said he's feeling really good." Richardson said. "He'll probably have to start off in a brace, but I think he said he was probably going to go with out one after (a while.)

"He looks like he's in a great mood. Great shape. If he's totally healthy (next) year, that hopefully will propel him to show that he can be in top form again in this league... and that just helps us."

The former 2017-2018 Hart Trophy Winner is projected to be on the Chicago Blackhawks 2nd line, with the addition of Tyler Bertuzzi.

DailyFaceoff projects Hall and Kurashev being centered by Andreas Athanasiou, who like Hall is returning from injury.

The line, which DFO projects to have Hall, Athanasiou, and Kurashev has its own storyline for the season.

I'd call it the "Prove It" line, as Kurashev needs to prove he's more than just a beneficiary of Bedard's game, while Hall and Athanasiou need to prove they have what it takes to stay in the Windy City.

Kyle Davidson wants to compete, and Hall needs to prove he has what it takes to push the Blackhawks into even a Wild Card spot or better soon.
