Seth Jones' mom sets the record straight on a trade rumor involving her son

The trade talks have flared up over the weekend, as March 7th draws nearer, and Seth Jones' mother, Amy has decided to try and dispel any rumors of a trade from the Chicago Blackhawks.
The Chicago Blackhawks are one team who are speculated to be busy in the next month, as the March 7th trade deadline arrives.
One of those players who hasn't put out an official trade request is Seth Jones. Yet with his recent comments, you can see where his mind is at, as he'd like to play for a contender.
«If it happens in the next two weeks, then it happens. If it's this summer or later on, it is what it is. Obviously, I have a full no-movement and I do control it. At the same time, we only control so much.»
Now, that he shared a dinner with his friends from the Columbus Blue Jackets, the internet is up in arms, and suggesting a trade could happen between the two teams for Jones.
As the team could part ways with Ivan Provorov, the prospect of getting Jones to return to Union Blue wouldn't be a terrible idea. However, according to Amy Jones, there's no chance he's moved.
She accuses the media and fans of stirring up drama, when we all know and read what Jones has thought about his situation in Chicago over the past few months.
If ANYTHING, it is Jones himself who has played his part in stirring up trade drama, whether he's moved or not.

It is within his control, Amy as he has a full-no movement clause (NMC) attached to his rich contract thanks to ex-GM Stan Bowman.
Jones has been a leader for the Blackhawks and has helped develop Alex Vlasic into an excellent NHL defenseman.
