Patrick Kane has a heartfelt message for Blackhawks fans
Sunday night in the NHL saw a special moment as hockey star Patrick Kane returned to the United Center, this time as a visitor.
Among the game's highlights was Kane's stunning overtime goal, reminiscent of scenes from a Hollywood movie.
But for Kane, it was more than just a goal. He showed his emotions, especially towards the Chicago fans who supported him despite his new team's victory.
"Scoring that goal, being back here, being on a different team, there are just a lot of emotions right now," Kane said. "Just tried to show the fans there at the end they'll always have my heart here."
Kane's words hint he might return to Chicago before retiring, showing his enduring bond with the fans.
