That is the Joey Anderson and Jason Dickinson line, which has been one of the Blackhawks' best on ice, despite their limited time on ice usage.
Dickinson, Blackwell, and Anderson were a trio that was highly effective two-way forwards on the ice, thanks to Luke Richardson being able to construct lines efficiently.
The duo of Anderson and Dickinson have been together, since Anderson's call-up from the AHL and have spent a whopping 467 minutes together on ice since his arrival.
In the time together they've been on ice, they've outscored the opposition 19-15, with an impressive 51.0% scoring-chance percentage.
Wait the Chicago Blackhawks - this iteration of the Chicago Blackhawks! - have outscored their opponents 5-on-5 with Jason Dickinson on the ice? My goodness. How? Thomas Drance (@ThomasDrance) March 26, 2024
When neither has been on the ice, the team has been dismal outscored 147-63 and only generated a 41.6% scoring percentage.
This goes to show, how important they are chemistry-wise and as reliable two-way forwards which Luke Richardson relies upon.
Not only this, but they've been swiss army knives on their line, adjusting their game to allow someone like Colin Blackwell the leeway to be more offensive, while they remain defensive forwards on ice.
The duo have become good friends off the ice as well and the chemistry shows, as they have bonded as fathers of newborns, whose children were only born four months apart.
As one of the key forward groups in the Blackhawks offensive system, they serve a purpose and respect for being the grit the team needs often.
