The Chicago Blackhawks have had a tumultuous start to the NHL season, as they have lost the last two games against the newly-minted Utah Hockey Club, and the Winnipeg Jets last night.

However, Seth Jones has had a brief stint of a being on a winning team in Columbus, from 2019-2021 the team has a short window in the playoffs. They'd never see the playoffs after Tortorella left, and Jones was traded to the Chicago Blackhawks.

Jones was under the impression they were on the way to being a winning team, and since then they've been rebuilding under GM Kyle Davidson.

Kyle Davidson has tried to give the team some hope by acquiring Laurent Brossoit, TJ Brodie, Tyler Bertuzzi, and Alec Martinez, and made Nick Foligno Captain.

But there are palpable feelings in the locker room, which are said to be rising.

With the Jets Mark Scheifle shutting down on the Blackhawks last night, with two goals in the 3rd to tie it up and OT to end the Blackhawks' hopes, you can't help but understand.

Seth Jones would in turn call out Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks.

Jones is unhappy, as this is his 13th season in the NHL, and has played over 700 games in the league. He's played for the Nashville Predators, Columbus Blue Jackets, and now the Chicago Blackhawks.

He's scored 406 points( 90 G, 316 A) in 799 games and has only seen 37 playoff games in over a decade of play.

Jones wants to see a team worthy of playoff contention, and his goals are ours as the Blackhawks need to improve drastically with this lineup assembled.

The team will need to be firing on all cylinders, all 60 minutes, as they take on Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers tonight.
