On Wednesday night, NHL on TNT aired a pre-recorded commercial/clip of Bill Murray and Wayne Gretzky that is now making it's waves through the hockey world.
TNT is in production of their golf series called "The Match", which will be available for viewing on Thursday and Friday this November 21 and 22.
Wayne Gretzky, alongside other notable names like Mark Wahlberg, Michael Phelps and more will be featured in the golfing tournament.
With Gretzky taking part in "The Match", paired with former groundskeeper and Masters Champion Carl Spackler.
He was unable to be with his broadcasting crew in the NHL on TNT panel, but he still made an appearance.
During Wednesday's airing of NHL on TNT during the Philadelphia Flyers and Carolina Hurricanes game, Gretzky made an appearance alongside Murray to reveal The New Chicago Blackhawks Jerseys
What a way to unveil the new Blackhawks Winter Classic jerseys, and alongside the St.Louis Blues' as well.
Murray was so excited to receive his new Blackhawks jersey, he then stated he's now deemed the "goon" on the golf course, as they look like the Blackhawks' old-school jerseys.
Gretzky, Barkley, Griffey, Mark Wahlberg, Michael Phelps, Blake Griffin and Nate Bargatze are just a few notable names to mention taking part in The Match
In my opinion, i must agree with the fans and their opinion on the Blues' jerseys being some of the worst Winter Classic Jerseys released in quite some time, they are very bland and dull- much like their team on the ice, so i guess it is fitting.
