Former Blackhawk and Oiler Duncan Keith comes out of hibernation
Duncan Keith Cheers on the Oilers: Spotted by fans
At the Edmonton Oilers recent playoff game fans were excited to spot Duncan Keith in the crowd sporting an Oilers jersey.
Many fans of Keith's teams he's played for, Edmonton and Chicago, have not heard from Keith in quite some time.
Three Stanley Cups, two Norris Trophies and the 2015 Conn Smythe, Keith will never be forgotten and is easily one of the best NHL defensemen of all-time.
'Duncan Keith, sporting a blue Oilers jersey, is in the house.'
After being traded to the Edmonton Oilers from Chicago in 2021, Keith played one season than decided to hang up the skates.
Keith reportedly took a front office role within the Oilers organization, but he has not been heard of since. It's a positive sign to see Duncs' out and about, as we wish him the best here at Hawksinsider during his retirement stages.
