During a press conference regarding the Gauthier trade report, Flyers coach Tortorella lashed out at a reporter
One of the Philadelphia Flyers' top prospects has left the organization recently, putting the team in dire straits.
Media outlets are reporting that Kevin Hayes played a part in ensuring Cutter Gauthier left the Flyers organization, not only is this creating a bad look for the team, but for Gauthier and those rumored to be involved as well.
It has been rumored that Kevin Hayes was involved in all of this, according to Anthony SanFilipio at the latest press conference.
Tortorella lashed out at SanFilippo and the Snow The Goalie Podcast after SanFilippo's presence and rumors angered him. Tortorella may have been angry, but he was right to call out the podcast.
As a result, the credibility of the podcasts should be questioned, as they have peddled a falsehood that negatively affects not only their own credibility but also that of Kevin Hayes.
It feels like we'll never know why Cutter Gauthier ducked out of Philly, but they now have their new #1 defenseman.
Maybe it's better just to let it rest at that and see what Jamie Drysdale can cook with the Flyers.
