The Vancouver Canucks secured their spot in Round 2 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs with a hard-fought victory over the Nashville Predators, winning 1-0 in Game 6 on Friday night.
Fans anxiously watched as the game remained scoreless for nearly the entire 60 minutes, until
Pius Suter finally scored in the 58th minute.
With this win, the Canucks clinched the first round series 4 games to 2, bouncing back from a missed opportunity to advance on Wednesday night's home game.
This marks the first time since 2011 that the Canucks will host a home game in Round 2, signaling an exciting milestone for the team and its supporters.
