Toews has come on record about being unsure if he will lift his no move-clause but was curious what team's would be interested in his services? Well it's been revealed that there's already at least 4 teams believed to be in the running for Toews who's having a decent season.
The four teams include Jonathan Toews' hometown team the Winnipeg Jets. Many believe Toews would love to play for the Jets before he retires, as it's everyone's childhood goal. Toews also has a lot of family in Winnipeg.
The defending Stanley Cup champions, the Colorado Avalanche, this would be a huge move, not just for the Avalanche but for Toews and the Avalanche looking to repeat this season and win another cup.
The Carolina Hurricanes, this would be an interesting pick up, due to the Canes having a monster year, despite being a smaller market they don't get the attention as bigger teams do but could definitely be a Stanley Cup team especially with Toews on it.
The final team is the Boston Bruins. The Bruins are the number one team in the NHL right now and many believe the odds on favorite to win the Stanley Cup. If Toews wants a good shot at winning the Stanley Cup again Boston might be his best choice.
