43 Days Until Blackhawks Hockey is Back: Analyzing Alex Vlasic
The current state of the Chicago Blackhawks is in shambles, we can only look forward to what the future has in hold. One of those pieces that will shape the Chicago Blackhawks future is 6 foot 6 200 pound prospect defenseman Alex Vlasic, who is born and raised in Wilmette, USA.
Alex's goal as a kid has always been to have the honour to throw the Blackhawks sweater on, from playing AAA hockey for the Chicago Mission team in 2014 to playing 16 and under AAA hockey for Chicago in 2017- Vlasic is a true Chicago breed.
Vlasic may not be known to get his name on the score board or stat sheet, but he is quite noticeable when it comes to his size- being 6 foot 6 and 200lbs, Vlasic only plans to get bigger, stronger and better to put his size to use. The Blackhawks invited a full roster of players to this years development camp which just started days ago and Vlasic is already putting on a clinic with a beautiful end-to-end goal!
This is just the start to what we'll be seeing produced by the young Blackhawks defenseman, he has a bright future.
