Artemi Panarin Finds Himself in Legal Trouble With a Firearm
Panarin Faces Legal Trouble
Artemi Panarin's actions on July 6th have landed him in hot water. He was caught firing a gun in a prohibited area, resulting in an administrative fine and gun seizure. Reports confirm his guilty plea.
In July 2023, a protocol was filed against Panarin by the district commissioner for firing a weapon in an improper location. On that day, he discharged multiple shots from his own gun within the Tumashevo tract of the Moshensky district.
This gross violation of public safety prompted a Borovichi District Court ruling, imposing a 40,000-ruble fine and gun confiscation. Panarin's first-time offense and guilty plea factored into this decision. The court's verdict may still be challenged.
