BREAKING NEWS The NHL Player Safety Committee has made two announcements after some dirty plays were made during last nights set of games. #1 Tampa Bay's Mikhail Sergachev has been fined $5,000, the maximum allowable under the CBA, for Roughing Vancouver's Conor Garland.
