Blackhawks GM Addresses Info on Kane and Toews' Future in Chicago
Blackhawks GM, Kyle Davidson, has finally spoken about the situations with Kane and Toews.
We now know that things are quiet at the moment, but Davidson does inform us that things are expected to be full-go in the coming weeks as the deadline gets closer.
I am not sure if Kane will get traded, as his play this year has not lived up to the value of what the Hawks think they should get for him.
I think any NHL team looking at his stats, though, needs to understand that his stats are taking a huge hit from the lack of play around him.
If you send him to a team with a guy like Eichel, Panarin, or MacKinnon, then he is surely going to do just fine.
Toews, on the other hand, has done a great job of raising his value. I don't think he will get sold for anything less than a 2nd and a prospect.
