In a recent BarDown video, many Montreal Canadiens players were asked many questions and had to choose which teammates were the best fit. Players like Cole Caufield, Nick Suzuki, Brendan Gallagher, and Kirby Dach played the game.
Cole Caufield was called out by many of his teammates during the game. He was unanimously voted in many categories, such as "the player the coach likes the most" and "the one whose parents are the most involved with the team".
"I do not know if it's because Cole reminds St-Louis of him. He loves Cole", Brendan Gallagher says.
Another category was "which teammate still talks about his junior career". Again, Caufield's name was mentioned. Gallagher was also chosen by many.
"Gally is still living in his glory days in Vancouver, he loves those days", Nick Suzuki said with a smile.
When asked who is "most active in the team group chat", Chris Wideman and Joel Edmondson were named several times. When asked, Juraj Slafkovsky replied that he did not know because he was not in the group chat yet. That was a bit sad for the Slovak. I am convinced that he will join sooner rather than later as he starts the season in Montreal.
