Cale Makar's Little Brother Gets Drafted by Colorado and His Highlights Are Insane!
Two Makar's in the NHL, and on the Colorado Avalanche?? You heard that right, the Colorado Avalanche drafted Cale Makar's brother Taylor in the seventh round of the 2021 NHL entry draft and he is developing into a phenom like his brother, a absolute steal at 220th overall in his draft class.
Taylor is currently coming off a point per game season in the same exact league his brother Cale developed in, the AJHL. He is ironically on the same exact team that his big brother played for, and has committed to the exact same university that Cale Makar dominated in, the University of Massachusetts. Unlike his small brother Cale, Taylor is a big body presence (6 foot 3) which makes him a threat with his skating ability, and it's scarily similar to his brothers..
If he can develop properly we may be seeing two phenoms from the same household dominate the NHL, two Makar's would be amazing to watch..
