Canada Defeats Sweden For Gold Medal

The Hlinka Gretzky Cup Tournament Returned After Two years of being cancelled because of the Covid pandemic, the 2022 tournament took place in Red Deer Alberta Canada.
Team Canada went through the opposition like a hot knife through butter beating Team Sweden 4-1 to win the Gold medal.
Canada has now won their 23rd Gold medal during this tournament and 17th in the last 20 years. Canada went undefeated with a 5-0 record and out scored everyone 34-3 in the tournament.
