The Edmonton Oilers have come to terms restricted free agent Kailer Yamamoto.
The 23 year old re-signed a two year deal with Oilers General Manager Ken Holland worth $6,200,000 dollars and a annual salary of $3,100,000 Million dollars.
The 23 year-old had 20 goals, and 21assits, in 81 games last season, the Oilers drafted Yamamoto in the first round 22nd overall in the 2017 NHL draft.
There was speculation the Oilers would not have enough cap space to re-sign Yams after the team re-signed Jesse Puljarvi and also acquired Jack Campbell, but thankfully Oilers fans can be at ease now!
