Gallagher and His Former Teammate Exchange Blows

The Canadiens and Red Wings matchup isn't circled as a rival game and there's not much anymosity between the two clubs.

But former Canadien and current Red Wing Ben Chiarot is a fiery guy and Brendan Gallagher is known across the league as a heart-and-soul guy, who backs down from nobody.

So it should come as no surprise that Gallagher didn't shy away from the six-foot-three defenceman after the whistle.

As evidenced below Gallagher will go to war for any of his teammates, especially when a questionable play against his team occurs.

A healthy Gallagher is somewhat of a foreign situation, as he hasn't been 100% for some time. But his renewed energy will bring forth many more instances like so and Chiarot will be on many hit and fight highlights.
