Gruesome season-ending injury suffered in Sunday's Chicago Blackhawks vs Minnesota Wild game?
In a tough moment for the Minnesota Wild, Jared Spurgeon got hurt again in today's game against the Chicago Blackhawks.
He's been out for a while since getting an upper-body injury in a preseason game against the Blackhawks on October 5. Today, during the early game at 2 PM, Spurgeon collided with Blackhawks' player Ryan Donato, and it didn't look good.
His leg twisted oddly, like jelly, and we're not sure what exactly happened, but it seems like he might be out for a long time again, maybe with a broken leg or knee.
It's a tough break for Spurgeon and the Wild, and we'll have to wait for more details about how serious it is.
