It took Goaltender Jack Campbell abit to develop after being drafted 11th overall by the Dallas Stars in 2010 Campbell didn't fully become a number one goaltender until he was traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Since then Campbell has become the Toronto Maple Leafs starter taking the job from Freddy Andersen. Unfortunately for Leafs fans Campbell and the Leafs couldn't come to a deal that worked for both the team and Campbell.
The goalie Leafs fans nicknamed "Soup" will become a unrestricted free agent this Wednesday at noon. However it's believe he's got his eye on his next possible home according to Sportsnet's Hockey Insider Elliotte Friedman Jack Campbell is almost certain to be heading to the Edmonton Oilers.
During his 32 Thoughts Podcast Friedman believes the Campbell contract could be around a 5 year deal at around $5 million dollars annually. This season Campbell was 31-9-6 with a 2.64 goals against average.
