Hockey World Suffers Tragic Loss

Yesterday afternoon, it was announced Lew Morrison has passed away at the age of 75.
Lew was the 8th overall pick in the 1968 NHL Amateur Draft, and was selected by the Flyers. He then went on afterwards to play for four NHL teams (Philadelphia Flyers, Calgary Flames, Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Penguins), including three AHL teams (Quebec Aces, Richmond Robins, Broome Dusters).
In his 14-year career, Morrison had 39 goals and 52 assists, tallying up to 91 points in 564 games.
Rest in peace, Lew.
