Horrifying Scene in Last Nights Game Involving a NHL Prospect
On Saturday night a horrific scene broke out when the San Jose Barracuda and Abbotsford Canucks faced off in an AHL game between the Canucks and Sharks of the NHL's affiliate.
Vancouver Canucks prospect Jack Rathbone got into a scary collision behind his own net, it appeared as if he got clipped up high at a very high speed, which resulted in him laying motionless on the ice.
He was left unable to move for quite some time until the trainers decided to bring the stretcher out, thankfully Rathbone gave the crowd and those at home watching a thumbs up as a sign that he is alive.
As noticed by BladesofSteel.com, this isn't the first time Rathbone has been taken off the ice in a stretcher, just earlier THIS SEASON Rathbone was involved in another major collision, and he had to be stretchered off the ice once again.
