John Tortorella Calls Out The Vancouver Canucks Reporters to Their Face During LIVE Interview: ''Idiots'' and More
When John Tortorella travelled to Vancouver to play his former team, the Canucks, the Flyers still managed to lose another game to one of the worst teams in the NHL.Before the game, Tortorella was asked on hisreturn to Vancouver, and his response was reasonable:
"I have memories, I have a lot of friends here. But, I'm here with a team trying to straighten them out a bit."
Tortorella was reasonable when being asked questions from the Philadelphia Flyers media team, but when the Vancouver Canucks media members took the stand, Tortorella did not hesitate to call out reporters who he sure hasn't missed since leaving the Canucks.
#Flyers coach John Tortorella asked pre-game about his time as the #Canucks bench boss...Talked about how him and his wife loved it in Vancouver & how the fans were fantastic...
But took a jab at local media, calling them 'idiots' #NHL
Grab your popcorn folks, we still have roughly 30 games left of John Tortorella before the Flyers are eliminated from the playoffs, and this surely isn't the end for the hilarious interviews.
