We are over a month away from the start of the NHL season, however KHL season has already begun. The KHL is more known for its offence and skills and not so much the physical game obviously forgot to tell these guys.
During today's game between Sochi and Avangard the teams lined up for the opening faceoff. However, that's as far as it got as before the puck even hit the ice the two teams would throw down like the NHL in the 70's.
The brawl would eventually end but that was definitely one of the biggest brawls we've ever seen in the KHL.
