The Blackhawks recently traded Patrick Kane to the New York Rangers for a conditional second round pick and a couple more assets. It was way more than what was expected for the return, so I was personally okay with it.
Patrick Kane seems to be making himself comfortable in his new home. He just scored his first goal as a Ranger a couple nights ago, and just scored another goal last night in front of his hometown and family.
The goal was meant to be a pass, but bounced off a skate and trickled into the net, something Patty Kane will take any day of the week. What a treat, first game back to Buffalo as a New York Ranger and to do that in front of your family.
