New York Rangers Forward Has Officially Left The Team & Found a New Home
NHL Insider Frank Serevalli has officially announced that all things are pointing to Rangers forward Andrew Coop's new home being the Detroit Red Wings where he will fetch himself a 4-6 year deal with a whopping pay day of $5 million dollars OR MORE per season, is Detroit overpaying for this second line center?
Copp is a diverse forward and is able to hold the role of a center man as he can on right wing, two spots where the Detroit Red Wings could certainly use a upgrade. While rumors swirl about the Rangers acquiring Vincent Trochek, this is not a huge loss for the Rangers but a huge gain for the Detroit Red Wings abs general manager Steve Yzerman.
