Pat Foley is in his first full season of retirement from the Blackhawks' broadcasting booth.

The Hall-of-Fame commentator has made appearances here and there, but has truly been enjoying the time he has for himself and his family.

Well, to begin the new year, Pat Foley has decided to keep his voice in shape, as he is set to do the Winter Classic today in the radio booth.

Pat Foley spent an amazing 39 years in the broadcasting booth, so it makes sense why he can't get away from the sport for too long.

I miss Foley in the Blackhawks' booth. He was the voice of the franchise, and him leaving put salt in the wound on top of the Hawks beginning their rebuild.

Foley is joined in the radio booth by former Blackhawks partner, Eddie Olczyk. Olczyk had a great career as a player, and is doing very well for himself in the broadcast booth.

I am glad to see Olcyzk got to step away from the Kraken to join Foley for this game that checks something of their bucket lists.
